Yes, we have complimentary wireless Internet access available throughout our hotel.
5. Is breakfast included in my room rate? What kind of breakfast do you offer?
Yes, breakfast is included in the room rate. The breakfast that we offer includes the following among other tasty options:. eggs, sausages, juices, biscuits, bagels, cereals, and fruit cocktails.
6. Do you have a pool?
Yes, we have an outdoor pool located near our lobby. Open hours are: 7 A.M to 10 P.M. daily.
7. Do you offer a shuttle service to the parks?
Yes! Unlike other Kissimmee hotels, we offer complimentary scheduled shuttle service to Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Universal Studios and Sea World every day of the week.
8. Will your rooms allow rollaway beds? Is there a charge?

9. What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled before 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax charge to your credit card.
10. Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
