1. What are the times for check-in and check-out? 

Check-in is at 3:00 P.M.
Check-out is at 11 A.M. 



2. Do you offer smoking rooms?  

Our hotel is 100% non-smoking.

3. Do you have wireless Internet access available? 

Yes, we have complimentary wireless Internet access available throughout our hotel.
 
4. Is breakfast included in my room rate? What kind of breakfast do you offer?
Yes, breakfast is included in the room rate. The breakfast that we offer  includes the following among other tasty options:. eggs, sausages, juices, biscuits, bagels, cereals, and fruit cocktails.

5. Do you have a pool?
Yes, we have an outdoor pool located near our lobby. Open hours are: 7 A.M to 10 P.M. daily.

6. Do you offer a shuttle service to the parks?
Yes, we offer complimentary scheduled shuttle service to Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Universal Studios and Sea World every day of the week.

7.  Will your rooms allow rollaway beds? Is there a charge?
None of our rooms will accommodate rollaway beds at this time. However, we invite group travel guests to relax in one of our specious double queen rooms. Learn more about our Kissimmee accommodations.

8. What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled before 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night's room and tax charge to your credit card.
 
9. Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
We do not welcome pets in our hotel at this time. Find pet care facilities nearby our hotel.

10. Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
Although complimentary transportation is not available, our front desk can assist with a host of options.
